If your child or young person is feeling anxious, overwhelmed or unhappy, or if family life has become increasingly challenging, you don’t have to face it alone. I support children and young people experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, anger, worries, school-related stress and other emotional or psychological difficulties. Together, we can help them understand their feelings, develop healthy coping strategies and build confidence. I also support parents who are struggling with their child’s behaviour or emotional wellbeing, helping them to better understand their child’s needs and strengthen family relationships.

I have extensive experience working with d/Deaf children, young people and their families, providing accessible, inclusive and psychologically informed support.

I provide clinical supervision to professional colleagues. More information can be found here profile
