What Can I do to Help?
I provide psychological support for children, young people and their families experiencing low mood, anxiety and a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I have specialist expertise in supporting people living with physical health conditions, including diabetes, cancer, cystic fibrosis and epilepsy. I also help children, young people and families prepare for medical procedures and surgery, supporting them to manage anxiety, build confidence and cope with the emotional impact of treatment. You can find out more about the areas I work with here.
I have extensive experience working with d/Deaf children, adults and families. I support people in exploring their identity, navigating the impact of hearing loss and making informed decisions about hearing technology, including cochlear implantation.
I also provide psychological assessment and therapy for children, young people and adults with a visible difference. I have particular expertise in supporting people born with a cleft, helping them and their families navigate the psychological and emotional challenges that can arise at different stages of life.
